The rental market has been changing considerably over the last few years, with so much choice now for properties clients are looking for more detailed descriptions and images for their holiday homes, Visions of Switzerland is allowing a select number of advertisers to advertise their property on our site.

We know the importance of getting lett's and not having to lay out vast amounts of money in fees and commission to agents or website companies for advertising your property.

WE DO NOT TAKE ANY COMMISSION ON LEADS OR BOOKINGS

We charge a one off  registration fee of CHF 150.00. For this fee you will receive a listing for your property together with a link to a separate web page advertising your property, the page will contain images together with text outlying details about your home, plus links directly to you so you can deal with every enquiry personally.
Many websites impose limits on the amount of writing or the number of photos allowed. We believe if you have a property and you really want to show it off there shouldn't be any limits!

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PHOTOS UNLIMITED - MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF TEXT UNLIMITED

The only way we can allow so many photos is because we host our own websites.

We have a yearly membership charge of CHF 75.00, payable after your first year. You are free to make as many changes as required, these changes will be made within 48 hours of us receiving  your instruction.

To Advertise:

We will require you to send us your text togeather with the images of your property and all your contact details via e-mail, or post to us on disc plus your payment of CHF 150.00 payable to Visions of Switzerland, to 116 Crest View Drive, Petts Wood, Kent. BR5 1BX. Once payment has been received your property will be added to our site within 48 hours.
